The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Dies in a California Vehicle Accident
The co-creator of Call of Duty, who helped create the wildly popular first-person shooter Call of Duty, has died in a vehicle crash in Los Angeles, California he was 55 years old.
His passing was announced by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the video game company that he helped create.
The influential game designer passed away following his vehicle was involved in a crash and caught fire on a freeway in LA on this past Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This is a heartbreaking loss, and our hearts are with his family and friends, his loved ones, and all those touched by his work," a spokesperson for Electronic Arts said.
